These terms govern your purchase and use of DeepSRT PRO for Mac and DeepSRT Mobile for iPhone and iPad (together, "DeepSRT", "the apps"), published by DeepSRT ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using either app you agree to these terms.
DeepSRT apps generate AI summaries, transcripts, translations, and live bilingual captions for YouTube videos. Processing runs on your device and uses an AI key or provider that you configure. DeepSRT PRO and DeepSRT Mobile are separate apps designed for their respective platforms.
Each app is sold as a separate one-time purchase through Apple:
Apple handles payment, receipts, taxes, delivery, and refund requests. Purchases are additionally governed by Apple's Media Services Terms.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased app on devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's terms. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer an app except where permitted by law.
DeepSRT is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Apple, or any AI provider. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We provide feature and fix updates for the apps, but they depend on external services such as YouTube and the AI provider you choose. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality when those services change.
DeepSRT collects no data. See the full privacy policy.
The apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and translations may contain errors and are not substitutes for the original content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app.
