Refund Policy

We want DeepSRT to earn its price. If it isn't working out, here is exactly how refunds work for each purchase channel.

Purchases on deepsrt.com (via Paddle)

14-day money-back guarantee. If you bought DeepSRT on this site and you're not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase — no questionnaire, no hoops.

Email support@deepsrt.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your Paddle receipt / order number), or
Reply to your Paddle receipt email — Paddle, our merchant of record, processes the refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Purchases on the Mac App Store

App Store payments are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds for those purchases go through Apple rather than us:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple account used for the purchase, and choose the DeepSRT order.
Apple decides App Store refunds under its own policy; we cannot issue them on Apple's behalf.

Gemini API costs

DeepSRT uses your own Google Gemini API key. Any API usage billed by Google under your key is paid to Google, not to us, and is outside the scope of this policy. Google offers a free tier that covers typical use.
