Refund Policy

DeepSRT PRO and DeepSRT Mobile are currently sold through Apple's App Stores as separate one-time purchases.

App Store purchases

Apple handles App Store payments and refund decisions:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with the Apple account used for the purchase and select the DeepSRT PRO or DeepSRT Mobile order.
Apple decides refunds under its policy; we cannot issue an App Store refund on Apple's behalf.

Legacy direct purchases

Direct purchases previously made on deepsrt.com through Paddle are no longer offered to new customers. Existing direct purchases retain the 14-day money-back guarantee that applied at checkout. Email tautiu.dev@gmail.com with the purchase email or Paddle order number, or reply to the original Paddle receipt.

AI provider costs

Any usage billed under your own AI key is paid to that provider, not to DeepSRT, and is outside this refund policy. Set a monthly spending cap before heavy use.
